Mike Riches was born in Hawaii, grew up in New Jersey, and was transplanted to the Pacific Northwest. He has been in full-time senior pastoral leadership since 1983 and is currently the lead pastor at Harborview Fellowship in Gig Harbor, WA. His undergraduate education is from Corban University and Northwest Baptist Seminary. He also has a Masters of Divinity and a Doctorate of Ministry from Faith Evangelical Seminary located in Tacoma, Washington.

Mike loves adventure, every opportunity to be outdoors, sports, traveling, experiencing diverse cultures and reading. Mike and his wife Cindy are the parents of two grown daughters and a son-in-law. They are also the proud grandparents of a granddaughter. They currently reside in Gig Harbor, Washington.

He is also the author of Living Free: Recovering God’s Design for your Life and the accompanying Living Free course material. He is also the author of Hearing God’s Voice (co-authored with Tom Jonez), and the Freedom Prayer Training Manual. Mike’s passion is to see the Church of Jesus Christ revived and restored in God’s power and design so to continue the work that Jesus began in His earthly life and ministry.
